Our approach

We consider accessibility during design, implementation, review, and maintenance. Depending on the product, this may include:

• semantic structure and meaningful labels;
• keyboard operation and visible focus indicators;
• readable contrast and scalable text;
• support for screen readers and platform accessibility APIs;
• responsive layouts and reflow;
• reduced-motion preferences;
• captions, transcripts, or alternatives for media where applicable; and
• testing with automated tools and representative manual checks.

Current website features

The public website includes a skip link, keyboard-accessible navigation, visible focus states, responsive layouts, light and dark appearance support, semantic headings, and reduced-motion considerations.

Include the page or product, the task you were trying to complete, the problem encountered, and any browser, device, operating system, or assistive technology information you are comfortable sharing.

Alternative access

If a page, document, or feature is not accessible to you, contact us and describe the information or task you need. We will consider a reasonable alternative format or method where practicable.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is an ongoing process. We prioritise issues based on user impact, severity, frequency, legal requirements, and the complexity of a safe correction.
