Manage your privacy rights

Available requests

• access personal information held about you;
• correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
• request deletion of eligible information;
• restrict or object to certain processing;
• request portable information where the right applies;
• withdraw consent;
• object to direct marketing; and
• ask for human review of an eligible automated decision.

Submit a request

Email hello@kitechsoftware.com with the subject Privacy request.

Include the relevant product, account email or username, organisation or deployment, and the right you want to exercise.

Do not send passwords, recovery codes, private keys, or unnecessary identity documents.

Verification and response

We may need to verify your identity or authority before responding. We use proportionate verification and will explain when additional information is required.

Rights may be limited by lawful exemptions, another person's rights, legal obligations, security needs, or KiTech's role as a processor rather than controller.

Organisation-managed services

For employer, customer, partner, school, charity, community, or self-hosted accounts, the responsible organisation may control the information and must handle the request. We will direct you to that organisation where appropriate.

Complaints

You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or another competent data-protection authority. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the concern.
