KiTech Software legal
Subprocessors and Service Providers
Current third-party providers used to operate the KiTech Software public website.
1. Scope
This page identifies material third-party providers currently used to operate the public KiTech Software website.
It is not a complete list for every KiTech product. Product-specific privacy notices and contractual documentation will identify additional processors, subprocessors, hosting providers, integrations, or regional infrastructure where applicable.
2. Public website providers
| Provider | Service | Purpose | Information that may be processed |
|---|---|---|---|
| GitHub, Inc. | GitHub repositories, Actions, and Pages | Source control, automated builds, and static website hosting | Repository contributor information, workflow logs, IP address, browser and request metadata associated with website delivery |
| Google LLC | Google Fonts | Delivery of website font files | IP address, browser headers, requested font resources, and ordinary connection metadata |
We do not use these providers to sell personal information or run behavioural advertising on the public website.
3. Product-specific providers
A KiTech product may use different infrastructure depending on:
- whether the service is KiTech-hosted, partner-operated, customer-managed, or self-hosted;
- the selected region or data-residency arrangement;
- enabled integrations and optional features;
- payment, communications, authentication, monitoring, support, or security requirements; and
- contractual or regulatory obligations.
A product-specific notice should identify providers that materially process personal information for that product.
4. Provider assessment
Where KiTech appoints a processor or subprocessor, we assess matters proportionate to the service and risk, which may include:
- security and privacy controls;
- data location and transfer arrangements;
- confidentiality and access restrictions;
- incident notification and cooperation;
- deletion and return of information;
- audit or assurance information; and
- contractual data-protection obligations.
5. International transfers
A provider may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data-protection law restricts a transfer, KiTech uses an appropriate transfer mechanism or lawful exception as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Changes
We will update this page when a material public-website provider is added, removed, or changes role.
Product customers may receive separate notice of material subprocessor changes where required by contract.
